Product Description
Mo’s ProYield 600W: 3.23+ PPE Full-Cycle Powerhouse for Serious Growers
The Mo’s ProYield 600W isn’t just a step forward, it’s a leap. With 3.23+ µmol/J PPE and a meticulously engineered full-cycle spectrum featuring both 437nm and 450nm blue peaks, this fixture is built for cultivators chasing maximum Output and Quality per watt, per square foot, and per dollar.
Whether you’re growing in a 4’x4′ tent with CO₂ or 5’x5′ tent without CO₂ or scaling up in open-room commercial production, this light delivers uncompromising intensity, penetration, and efficiency. Engineered by cultivators and the best spectrum engineers in the business, for serious cultivators looking to take their canopy’s to their maximum potential.
Dialed Spectrum, Tuned for Photosynthetic Perfection
The ProYield 600W combines high-efficiency 3.1–3.35 PPE 437nm and 450nm white diodes with high-output 5.1 PPE 660nm Peak Reds, Dominant in the 640nm range (no need for dual red peaks here, 640nm is already saturated by the 660’s, they only peak at 660nm), striking a rare balance that pushes both chlorophyll A and B absorption to the max, without pushing your plants over the edge.
Why it matters:
437nm blue matches the peak of Chlorophyll A for superior photosynthetic activation.
450nm blue boosts secondary metabolite development and leaf structure.
What Blues Do (400–500nm)
- Strong absorption by chlorophyll A (~430nm) and chlorophyll B (~453nm)
- Drives vegetative growth, photomorphogenesis, and stomatal regulation
- Activates cryptochromes and phototropins
- Promotes compact, bushy structure
Balanced green/yellow ensures deep canopy penetration and activates accessory pigments like carotenoids, sustaining photosynthesis in shaded canopy layers.
What Green/Yellow Does (500–600nm)
- Weakly absorbed by chlorophylls, but transmits deeper into the canopy
- Activates carotenoids (e.g., lutein, violaxanthin), which:
-
- Stabilize light-harvesting complexes
- Protect against photooxidative damage
- Transfer energy to chlorophyll
-
- Supports photosynthesis in lower leaves that are shaded from blue/red
- Improves uniformity of light energy throughout the plant
660nm Peak reds dominate in the 640nm range, optimizing flowering without triggering stress.
What Reds Do (600–700nm):
- Strong absorption by Chlorophyll A at ~660nm, driving peak photosynthetic output where chlorophyll A is most active
- Dominance in the 640–645nm range ensures deep red saturation where chlorophyll B is most active
- 640nm photons are more efficiently used than far-red or extreme-deep-red due to tighter coupling to PSII
- Promotes robust flower development, stem strength, and generative growth
- Synergizes with blue light to drive balanced morphology and cannabinoid/flavonoid expression
- Avoids elongation/stretch seen with far-red or excessive red loading
- Ensures maximum usable red without needing artificial “dual red” peaks
<2% far-red ensures proper morphology without yield loss or senescence acceleration.
What Far-Red Does (700–750nm):
- Triggers the shade-avoidance response (SAR) when over 60 PPFD at canopy level
- Increases stem elongation and internodal spacing, leading to weaker plant structure
- Accelerates senescence (aging/yellowing) of upper fan leaves, reducing photosynthetic capacity
- Suppresses chlorophyll production in prolonged exposure, especially at high intensities
- Can reduce flower density and dry weight by up to 30% when misapplied starting at just 20 PPFD (per 2022 UT study and multiple others)
- May be used strategically to manipulate photoperiods or stretch in early veg, but not in full-cycle spectrums
- Should never exceed 2% of total PPF in high-PPFD indoor flower rooms
You won’t find overloaded red spikes or gimmicky far-red manipulation here, just high-efficiency photosynthesis from seed to harvest.
Real Output. No Red Loading. No Marketing Gimmicks.
Built with Custom-Binned Diodes for Commercial Edge
Each bar features:
- 432 white diodes (437nm base whites, and 450nm base whites)
- 12 high-output A2+ bin 660nm reds
Total: Across all 6 bars, 2,664 diodes
Unlike cookie-cutter builds, Mo’s ProYield fixtures are designed from the board up using the best bin diodes available, and then binning them even tighter in house, so only the best of the best make it into our fixtures. High-transparency conformal coatings ensure maximum photon transmission and diode lifespan. This isn’t just another rebadged fixture, it’s custom-engineered by the best minds in the business at every level.
Optimized Coverage with Commercial Uniformity
Ideal for:
- 4’x4′ at 1100-1400 PPFD+ intensity with Full CO₂ (1100–1500 PPM), or dimmed down, or raised above 24in for ambient CO₂ (regular air exchange via exhaust and intake ~400 PPM)
- 5’x5′ at 900-1200 PPFD+ in ambient CO₂environments (400+ PPM)
- Open rooms with proper spacing: 16–25 ft² per fixture in multi-light layouts depending on spacing and target PPFD.
PPFD at 12-24″: ~900–1400 µmol/m²/s across the canopy with minimal drop-off at the edges in open-room testing. Reflective tents boost edge values by up to 40% and the center by 10–15%.
The light is optimized for even photon distribution and deep canopy penetration, not spotlight intensity and edge falloff.
Zero Compromise Thermal and Electrical Design
Driver: Isolated 600W Inventronics with onboard dimming + external control
Power: 600W system power @ 220V (recommended)
Voltage Range: 110–277V compatible, best performance at 220–277V
Dimming: Full 0–10V + PWM + RJ controller and pass-through support
Mounting Height: 16″-30″ recommended
Cooler operation, lower junction temps, and longer diode life, even in the most demanding environments at full power.
Tested in Real Grows, Not Just Labs
We don’t inflate PPFD in closed reflective tents. All mapping is done in open-room setups to show worst-case baseline performance. Expect even better results in your enclosed or reflective environment, or multi-light open-room grids where you have light bleed from one fixture to the next!
You can’t fake:
- Deep penetration and bud density at the lowers
- Shorter stretch with tighter internodes
- Higher terpene retention and slower senescence
This is what our customers see cycle after cycle.
Why Low Far-Red is Critical
While far-red (730nm) has its place in specialty applications, constant exposure above 20 PPFD is linked to:
- Faster senescence
- Reduced yield
- Increased stretch
- Weaker structure
A 2022 study from the University of Tennessee confirmed up to 30% yield loss at 60 PPFD of far-red in full cycle. We keep it below 20 PPFD even at 1200+ PPFD canopy intensity. That’s how you preserve quality and yield.
